Planning on taking the MCATS in the January. I'm pretty clear and fluent in English. But it still is my second language. I have had problems with VR section in the SAT and I also had problems with VR for MCATs.

Any suggestion on how to study and approach the exam To get the most points?

Thank you

The best approach is to try and get as many questions right as you can 🙂.

Lucky for you, the MCAT VR is very different from the SAT CR, so don't let your past difficulties scare you. Most people have trouble with the pacing on the MCAT VR, so make sure you improve your reading speed without hurting your comprehension. The key is to practice practice practice, and thoroughly review your mistakes. Look to find where you are making mistakes in reasoning instead of passage specific mistakes.
