How to calculate Pre-Req GPA

I'm not sure how to calculate my PT pre-req GPA. I never took any general bio courses in college, since I'm a bio major. I just went straight into the concentrated subjects, so would I use the first two bio classes I took to calculate my PT pre-req GPA?
