Extracurricular activities are obviously a major part of your medical school application. An advisor told me that there were people with 4.0/40 who didn't get in because the rest of their application was weak. Anywho, when it's time to apply, do I just recall all the activities I've done from memory while I'm filling out the application? Or is there a certain way I'm supposed to document everything I've done over the course of undergrad?

keep track on your own, and fill AMCAS out truthfully when the time comes. They will ask for contact information/references, but will never verify them unless you give them some reason to think you haven't been honest.

I suggest you start a resume. You will need it to enter new jobs/positions as you go through college and it will serve the purpose of a record of your jobs/activities/accomplishments.
