If you are interested in joining the private forum, you need to obtain an ASA membership and provide me with your name, your ASA membership # and the phone number you have on file with the ASA so we can verify your identity.

Unless you are one of the proven senior attendings or residents who has been here for a long, long, long time, (JPP, UT, MMD, etc) we need that information to make sure you are who you say you are.
