Hi,
I am taking the pcat in August 2010. I spent whole month studying chem...making my own notes and working on my weak topics.
Yesterday I took diagnostic test just for chemistry and time allowed was 25 questions in 15 mins. 36 secs per question
I only could do 10 questions in 15 mins.🙁
I am so tesnsed, Did anyone of you started off with such bad speed but were able to improve over time and before it was time to take pcat. Please if you can give some tips that would be awesome.

strategies def help sometimes too. maybe for chem you're stuck on a problem and u keep trying to solve it out. I would move onto the next question. same with math...in math I solve all number questions first because I know I'll get it right, and its easier and less time consuming. then i move onto word problems.

hope you find one that fits you!

nah..i used so many supplemental books so far... i;ve taken like 10 practice exams and that strategy seems to work for me... i did it with a timer and had time to spare (except math...math was like right on the dot). hopefully this will help me with the real test!
