From the VR I've done so far I seem to be doing a lot better when I do 3-4 passages at a time rather than the full 7 passages. I try to tell myself to stay focused once I hit the later passages but I still think my focus is not as great as it is on the first couple of passages. Anyone have any advice on how to keep focused once you've hit the 4-5 passage mark and have to finish the rest?
