How to list HPA (MMEP) in activities section.

Any thoughts on how to list the HPA (MMEP...now known as SDMEP or something like that) in the work/ activities section?

I did SMEP also. I listed it under leadership (I spoke to the director of my program at Columbia and she said that was the best category for it).
