How do i know when to expect a response post secondary? Its killing me!

It really depends on the school and your application. For me, it's been 2 weeks to 3 months.

Quite unlikely to be on holidays. So no thanksgiving and no christmas break.

Most accurate way is to predict that the interview will come soon then to keep repredicting until it comes. It worked for me.

It really depends, I have gotten a II as soon as the day after I submitted the secondary to as long as 3.5 months later. There is constant movement with people withdrawing and so forth, so just because someone complete after you received a II doesn't mean you won't receive one, it is important to realize that. Just stay patient and you'll get a II eventually!
