Ok so I plan on studying for the MCATs during the summer and taking them in late August (that way I have a good 3 months). However I kind of feel like Im wasting my time by not studying anything until the summer. Im a pharmacy student so the whole "just do well in your classes and get the basics down" thing doesnt apply to me since im doing actual pharmacy classes now and they dont really pertain to anything on the MCATs except the bio section. So are there any recommended readings that I can do to help boost my study time in the summer? I was thinking about getting the EK books and just reading through them once so that by the time I start studying in the summer the material makes more sense to me and is easier to remember. Is this a good plan? Are there other books that can be recommended as casual reads throughout the year that can help me out later on?

Thanks!
