I have a question that I can't seem to answer using the USMLE or UWorld software.
If I have a patient I'm putting on a medication that's meant to have a stop date after the next few appointments, how do I indicate this? I don't want a patient on a steroid indefinitely, but in one of the scenarios, it said, "OK, you're done, finish your meds and give your diagnosis" (or words to that effect). I don't want to end the steroids at that point (because the pt will need them for another week or so) but I don't want them to go on ad infinitum.
Any recs? Test is tomorrow so I really appreciate it...
