I brought it up during my student interview. I told him that I was already accepted at one school, but his school was my first choice. I then asked for his opinion as to which school might be better just to get an outsiders point of view. I was a pretty comfortable interview and he was pretty laid back, so it might just depend on the type of person you're interviewing with. But if it comes up, I say mention it. It can't hurt you.

My interviewers straight up asked me, "if you go to your mailbox next week and find an acceptance from us in it, what would you do."
I took that opportunity to flat out say that that school was my first choice and had already made my decision regarding the proposed offer.

i would not try and hide it.... just tell them... thats what i did... now of course you want to have 5-7 reasons why.....
