cGPA :3.43 (extreme upward trend: 2.9, 3.6, 3.7) sGPA: 3.6
MCAT:
508+ (Took 1/25 and might need to retake if below what I have been aiming for)
Clinical Experience:
~1200 hours working as a PCT part time throughout school at large city hospital (have most hours on cardiology but also have hundreds of hours on surgical, renal, pulmonary, and ICU)
40 hours shadowing (ED, Hospitalist, and Critical Care) **I will be shadowing a DO this Spring**
Research:
Will have 100 hours working with Professor on finishing her genetics research for publication (might be acknowledged but not an author)
Will also have 400+ hours BRIN research fellowship during this summer (will add to application)
Volunteer Experience:
2 years tutoring underprivileged hispanic children (100 hours)
1 summer helping patients with physical therapy at local hospital (50 hours)
Extras:
TA for genetics, cellular biology, and intro biology courses (3 years)
Tri-Beta Bio Honors Society (all 3 years of eligibility)
Premed club (3 years)
Bio club (3 years)
