How to update with a summer course?

I recently sent in my primary app to AACOMAS and I put a physics course I'm retaking as in progress. If I get that grade in a week from now, how do I update my gpa on AACOMAS? Do I have to wait till secondaries and send transcripts to every school? Or could AACOMAS update it before they send out the primary. Thanks

I was told that you update the transcript and send it in to AACOMAS.

Great question though! Anyone have any insight?

if ur aacomas app has already been sent to your schools, i would think you would have to manually update each of your schools with an updated transcript.

I think you have to send to each school, because AACOMAS has already verified and sent out, so their job is now done.

no they havent mailed or verified mine yet.

Call them and ask them to wait to verify and resend your transcript with new grades on it.

i e-mailed AACOMAS asking what to do if your application has been verified and sent out and you have taken a summer couse. this is the answer i received:


"Please have your new transcripts sent to AACOMAS and we will update your application.

Thank you,"
