How useful is this UWorld approach?

I am about half way through the review so i could either do a single UWorld block per week or 10 qs/day without jeopardizing my study plan. What do you guys think of doing random 10q/day for about 3 months prior to using it in the more conventional way?

Is there a minimum number of questions you recommend per session?

What are the pros/cons.

Jettison everything else and just do UWorld on random. Review the explanations thoroughly and cross reference/annotate FA from UWorld and Pathoma. That's all you need.

I would add that you should make flashcards. If you just read explanations or annotate, you'll retain very little of the explanations.
