I would like to listen to your advices what book I can use other than reviews books, if you have this much of time( around 5 months for step1), and how to manage studying for USMLE step1 along with course materials ,..
I really have no idea how to prepare for it and how this exam will be for me, because I am not used to such type of questions!!!!!!

Please advice

I would like to prepare for it very well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hopefully

with so much time i would suggest you extend the taus method to your timetable.. as in give the course matter atleast three reads, doing questions in your second and third. together with that you should be doing FA over and over..
also go through the 2009 scores thread its really helpful to acclimatize you to preparation strategies.

After doing a lot of research and asking questions, I've watered down to these resources as being the best for Step 1

Biochem: Rapid Review Biochemistry
Cell Bio: High Yield Cell & Molec Bio
Anatomy: Lange Roadmap Gross Anatomy
Physiology: BRS Physiology
Embryo: High Yield Embryo
Pathology: Rapid Review + Goljan Audio + BRS Pathology (reference)
Pharm: Kaplan Lec Notes + Lange Flashcards
Microbiology: Microcards + Clinical Mico Made Ridiculously Simple
Immuno: Lange (90pgs, not the whole book)
Behavioral Science: High Yield BS
Statistics: High Yield Statistics
Neuro: High Yield Neuro

If you have 5 months then it sounds like you're trying to learn all the material from scratch. Do kaplan for a month or two, then do goljan, then do Uworld and FA.
