I called at Howard University today and Ms. Moralas told me they haven't decided yet and when I asked when we can expect the results she told me she cann't answer that too. So stillhave to wait.

I also called a couple days ago. Mrs Morales told me " shortly but surely"... So I think we are about to get those letters!
