HP LOR Packet - How Late Would Be Too Late?

This is the last thing I am waiting on for a complete application. I have submitted and been transmitted by TMDSAS. Received secondaries have been submitted, but application is still incomplete as I am waiting on the committee letter.

I know its only May and AMCAS hasn't even opened, but its just this nagging feeling of not having a complete file. When would be appropriate to maybe ask for an update? I don't want to be a pest.
