HPSP for foreign trained dentists

One of the requirements of the HPSP is to be a U.S. citizen with a baccalaureate degree from an accredited school, I am a U.S citizen but will be completing my baccalaureate degree overseas.

Am I eligible to receive HPSP for my dental advanced standing program?

As long as you are accepted to a dental school in the United States or Puerto Rico, meet the moral and physical standards, and are a citizen you can apply for the scholarship.
