Do I require a dean's letter or certification to rent, or can I just rent without a dean's permission? This is for the Navy HPSP. Thanks.

For any reimbursements (health insurance, books, laptop, etc.) with the Navy you will need to fill out a dean's certificate. It can be signed by the dean or an authorized representative for the dean. This is something that you will fill out after you have rented your laptop. Students renting from us have had no problem getting reimbursed and getting the deans certificate signed.
