HPSP Payment Help

[AFHPSP]

M1 here, I was accepted into AF HPSP last spring but didn't get to attend commissioned officer training because classes were already full. I've already signed my contract and commissioned. My recruiter told me not going to COT was no problem. AFIT is saying they won't pay me scholarship benefits now until I attend COT which won't be until next summer at the earliest. I want to just back out now since they aren't paying the benefits they promised. Anyone know how I can do this??

Interesting. Not sure what you can do but I commissioned at the beginning of August and I've just started getting paid.
