Y'all:

Is anyone applying for the HPSP? What are your impression and/or experiences so far?

I applied for and received an Army HPSP scholarship for this year (Fall 2002).

If you're asking about the application process, for me it was pretty painless. Really just a bunch of paperwork. Oh, and the physical exam - that was the biggest hassle. Had to get up at the butt crack of dawn to get it done.

I'm in it too (ARMY),

So far I think its a great deal. I had a blast a OBC. Of course, I should wait until I'm on active duty to give a true opinion....
