HSPS- How is GPA calculation made if a student transfered colleges?

Can someone clarify how the AF or Navy HPSP calculates your GPA (overall & science) for a transfer student? An AF healthcare recruiter recently told us that only the current classes at the attending college count toward the GPA calculation, transferred classes from a prior college are excluded. Is this correct for both AF & Navy?

He wanted transcripts from all schools attended but would only use current school to calculate gpa.

No way - when I was in high school, took a few college courses at a local school. Ended up going to a different university for my Bachelor’s degree. Both branches wanted every school I attended.
