Hello,

Was just wondering if anyone on here has interviewed with Huntington and what that looked like, I have read some past years threads and was wondering if the interview process was more or less the same. Also if anyone plans on attending a Huntington University campus. I am currently looking at their Peoria campus, any insight would be great such as if you are a present student. Thanks!

Follow-up question. I already had my interview and felt it went well but I wanted perspective from current students if possible, I know HU is a Christian University and even says in their mission statement that they include faith in their curriculum, I am wondering what that exactly looks like. I am not religiously affiliated and am unsure of attending because of that. Are there references to Bible scriptures in the teaching, is it very in your face shoved down your throat or more subtle? Thanks.

hi!! I have an interview on monday with them - what did the process look like? they told me it would take 2 and a half hours, so i'm not sure if that means it is particularly rigorous or not
Hi, sorry for not seeing in this in time to let you know how the interview is. I'm sure you had a similar experience that it was pretty relaxed and more of a conversation. Were you applying for the Peoria campus or Indiana? Also out of curiosity what is your take on the faith aspect of their curriculum.

I received a call today that I was accepted to the Peoria campus. I will be visiting sometime this month but would love to connect with people who are thinking of attending as I am a bit on the fence at the moment.

Hello, I also got accepted! I am also a bit on the fence as this program is not fully accredited yet and I would be far from home.. I learned that if you are from CA, you would be unable to do fieldwork in CA which sucks for me.. And now that I did the math the tuition would be just as expensive as going to a school in CA. :/ I was thinking of accepting it and just deferring my placement and see what I can do.

I messaged you! But yes I did just visit the campus. I am also from CA as well but did my undergrad in AZ so that wasn't much of a factor for me. They assured me that they foresee no issues with getting accredited and do have a backup plan of utilizing their Indiana campus that is already accredited in the slim chance that they do not get their accreditation so no matter what you would be graduating from an accredited school. I am still on the fence with accepting though. I will probably wait until closer to my July deadline to fully figure it out. Good luck though!

Hi sorry for the late reply - I got accepted to Peoria as well! Have you accepted your offer?

I have not accepted it yet, I have until July 7th to do it so I most likely will put down a deposit closer to that deadline. What about you? Are you going to accept?
