White female, recent graduate w/ sGPA 3.4, cGPA 3.7, MCAT 503. 4 years research, plenty of volunteering, medical and otherwise, as well as extra-curriculars both diverse and time consuming (e.g. marching band, AED, social clubs, student teaching)
I'm currently on waitlist for a spot, however,I am also considering applying to Mississippi College and Tulane Master's programs (both of which are basically one year in duration). I also am certified to teach secondary Biology/Life Science, and could teach for a year in public or private schools.
Based on these various routes, if I don't get a spot, what would improve my chances the most, besides the obvious of a more solid MCAT.
(In addition, if I did grad school, does anyone have advice as to which cycle I should apply for (2017-2018 or 2018-2019)?)
