Has anybody ever heard of the following happening?

Say someone is placed on an alternate list, but the class fills up and he never makes it in. If he reapplies, is it possible the school might offer him a spot in the following year's class without another interview? I highly doubt it, but are there any schools that do this? Just one of the million things that runs through my mind as I wait for Dec 1st 🙂

No. You are gonna have to resubmit all your of AADSAS stuff just like the first time amd go to the interview. You'll be more relaxed and comfortable the second time around. AND, 100% of the people I know that were waitlisted and reapplied, got in the second time!! Good luck!

I was in that exact situation last year. In fact I was next in line if someone would have dropped out or chose another school. There may be some schools that do that, but OU does not. It is a whole new year because you are competing against a new pool of appicants and they compare you to them.

If there are some schools that automatically accept you the following year please let us know.
