sometimes when i'm stressed out, the background music from super mario brothers repeats in my head. the last time i played smb/nintendo, it was still that gray box and you blew on the cartridges to make them play right.

Oh my goodness! I still have my nintendo. Remember when Donkey Kong was considered graphically superior? Even though Play Station 3 is coming out,... Mario Kart is still the best!

Speaking of video games and such, I'm such a dork that I dug out a dirty old Atari 2600 from the bowels of my basement a couple days ago and restored it. It looks like new now, all the games work, and even the paddle controllers aren't jittery since I gave them the IPA treatment. Super Breakout and Circus Atari rock; life is good. 🙂

I love India Pale Ale, but I wouldn't pour it on my vintage Atari

I certainly know what you mean, electronics certainly don't mix with the wrong liquids. IPA acts as a pretty good contact cleaner, so when you're tired of static when you turn the volume knob on the car stereo or blowing into your old Nintendo games and such, either a few drops while you turn the knob back and forth or a good swabbing of the contacts with a soaked Q-tip works great. India Pale Ale - that works great for ingestion while you perform the above tasks! 😀
