Unless, of course, this is indicative of some people in pharmacy school. In that case I'm going to be a very unhappy student.

You're right, I've never taken more than 16 credits (always took summer classes), so taking even just 18 is very risky. The only reason I've done well up until this point is cause I've kept my semesters light.

However, pharmacy school will be much tougher than this and if I can't handle 18 credits in undergrad then I can't handle pharmacy school.

Also, I think you're all a bit too quick to label me as a troll. I'm not trying to provoke any response and as far as I can tell, I haven't said anything too unreasonable.

No offense bud, but if you maintain this type of attitude, you're not gonna get through the interview process. You are far, far too focused on quantifying things.

If you truly believe one B will forgo your chances of getting into pharmacy school, I would seriously consider reevaluating your thought process. Not only is a ludicrous statement in all regards, but posting it here does nothing but make you look like a superficial tool. I don't mean to be harsh here, but it truly does.

Calc II is a different beast than Calc I. I thought Calc I was a breeze and Calc II was a kick in the nuts. If you got a B, for whatever reason in Calc I, I would anticipate you would get a similar grade in Calc II. And you're taking a class for no other reason than to stoke your own ego.

Earning a B is not a failure. It is far, far from a failure. You need to take a step back and realize this, otherwise you are gonna be in for one helluva meltdown if you make it into pharmacy school.

Of course, a B to my wife would ruin her. The 75th percentile for Harvard Law School is 3.90 I believe with most applicants over 4.00 (For LSDAS they count A+ grades [lol] as 4.33!)... so yea, for some folks a B is catastrophic, but for pharmacy, certainly not.

And a B was worth dying over for Cameron Dabaghi, the Yale honor student who jumped off the Empire State Building in March...

But Calculus is a tough subject and one in which many intelligent people get C/C+ in and still make it into pharmacy school.

Where have you been?

Been busy trying to get caught up in my classes. Lots of math intensive courses this semester. Got finals tomorrow and Thursday and then NO MORE MATH, at least until pharm school.

I am so sorry if you felt offended.
I did not have enough time to write long post and my short post might make you to misunderstand what I am saying.
I said that because you mentioned 18-21 hours in the previous post and I thought it would be tough if you take 21 hours.

I am a kind of perfectionists and I was thinking similar way as yours when I got the first B. And I realized that overloading was not good idea based on my experience. I am not saying it is impossible to get straight A's in 20+ hours but it is not good for pre-professional students who have to study about 8 years or more. 20+ hours in one semester will make you feel exhausted.
