I cancelled my interview late :(

Well I scheduled an interview 6 days ago because it was one of those "finally got an interview at the school" kinda thing. And I got really busy after that and forgot to buy a plane ticket to the school and cancelled it late. The thing is I have already been accepted by a school and I have put a deposit into that school. What im trying to say is, if the school I cancelled the interview late marks my pharmcas application, will the school who accepted me see it?
