I can't stop comparing myself to friends.

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
My first few weeks in college I thought I was a lot dumber than everyone else. Guess what, it turned out I just wasn't working hard/smart enough. A few life style and study strategy changes and tada I'm doing just fine.

Oh no - I definitely got it. And I agree for the most part.

What I was pointing out was you using the opportunity to brag about yourself. 😉 Although I would say that 99th percentile nursing exam isn't exactly a "natural ability" unless you took it without looking at a nursing book, ever.
I didn't study for it, and it wasn't a nursing exam, but a nursing entrance exam. Sort of like an SAT/ACT. Made a 32 on my ACT, never took the SAT for a comparison. You just go to school, pay attention, and you'll do fine. Math, reading, basic science, etc. I hadn't studied a day in my life until studying for Army promotion boards and nursing school.

I only take advice from CT Fletcher.
I like both but mostly I like to GROW MOTHERFU**ER!

For real though, CT is my number one inspiration. Dude make it through several heart attacks and overcame a horrible childhood to become a real beast.

Yeah, CT is my dude.

Yeah but the ASVAB was much more basic.

Eh. If you’re talking about HESI, it’s not that comprehensive. Yes, it has more science topics, but the questions are incredibly basic. You really shouldn’t have to study for it except maybe a math review if it’s been a long time.

The ASVAB was super easy, but it had a lot of different topics tested. I’d say they were pretty comparable.
