In the movie Rudy, there's a scene where the main character keeps hounding the post office to see if he got accepted into Notre Dame from tiny local college Holy Cross. When Rudy finally gets the letter, you see him open it and shed tears of joy after reading that he got accepted to the university. He goes, "Oh thank god!"

Man, I want to live out that scene so badly... 😀

Ha, Ha, this is too funny... I love that movie! Notre Dame's coach actually had the real Rudy come in and make a speech to the football team this year for motivation, which I think is really cool. And I feel the exact same way as I check the mailbox every day; one of these days, I'm going to get a ticket on my way home from work

Man, Rudy is a good example for me too. I can't wait till that happy day!!

That is a great scene in a really great, though fairly unsurprising film... Babysitting the mailbox is not the most fun thing in the world that is for sure.
