I got C on bio1 and orgo lab

Hi,
I got "C"s on bio1 and orgo lab. do you think I should take this again?
my overall gpa is 3.63/4/3 and science gpa is 3.8/4.3
Most of my grades are A- and some are B+, mostly on A-.

Only one thing I concerned is that I've already took bio1 at CC, and I tried to take it again at 4 year college. But I got C....I don't know why....This semester was too much stress on me. I was married on the semester.
