I just received an e-mail from Steven Davis yesterday. I got accepted! I interviewed last week so that was a pretty quick decision. I don't know if I want to pay the $2000 deposit to hold my space, though. I'm waiting for other schools... two weeks is not long enough to decide! Gmohamma & Stephie, are you two planning to go to Touro for sure?

hey xturquoise, congrats! yeah i have to turn in my deposit as well!! For now I am planning on going to Touro. I know $2000 is a lot of money, but i think it's worth it. The only way i wont go there is if i get into USC or UCSF (miracle). I'm pretty much set on going to Touro though! 🙂

Congratulations on your acceptance! I just paid my deposit yesterday and am still waiting to hear back from other schools. I have no idea how I did on the PCAT so who knows if I will get other interviews or not. I really liked Touro a lot and think I would be very happy at the school. Good Luck with your decision!

Wow, just to let you know IMO you have a good shot at USC with a 3.1 from UC Irvine. Everyone at my interview last year was UC students with mid/low 3 gpa's and most got in. If you are a strong applicant you probably have a good shot. Just food for thought before you shell out 2000 dollars for Touro. That is a lot of money. I think it is sort of a scam when school ask for that much and give you no time to decide...they play on your uncertainty. If you are already getting acceptances, you probably have a good shot with SC. Even if it takes awhile, so many people end up getting in off the waitlist because people cancel at the last minute, or reject them if the get into SF or SD. Just a thought.
