I tried to find the old Supreme Court link, but I gave up when I had an unexpected bout of PKNV (Post Kardashian Nausea and Vomiting) from seeing the name KARDASHIAN in a thread header on the Anesthesia home page. Couldn't look any further than that...

Great news, hopefully they will overturn the whole plan. I'm scared if they rule in favor of barry's legacy.

I'll be suprised if they throw the whole law out. I expect the individual mandate to be overturned at most.

Of course, I'm hoping the 5-4 decision is made in ruling the entire law unconstitutional.
