I usually burn through $3500 pretty quickly, but this year I have $1000 left over.

I am mostly interested in a good online TEE CME's with clips or online CME that gets me something (iPad, iwatch, amazon credit card, etc.)
Could also go for a real good structural heart focused TEE book.

Any suggestions?
