I Think My Plan OF Studying 1 hour On Day Of Practical Exam For OMM Finally Backfired

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Gezzz of course it backfired one hour? on the day of? way tooo much. thrity minutes tops. You stressed yourself out too much and it backfired on you. Well now you know for next time

I was about to say the same thing. Jeez. Try having a drink beforehand, might loosen you up some. 😀

You do realize Still is rolling over in his grave hearing us talk like this...

Ive found a really good strategy. It involves actually starting the night before and then studying for about 5-10 minutes so that when you go over it again the next day, you realllllly know it.

That's what I call the "relentless pursuit of perfection" right there!

do you think that if A.T. still saw students applying these habits and high standards in Kirksville back in the day he would have minded?

No, he wouldn't have minded.

Because he didn't practice or take dumb tests. He moved the body into a manner in which to relieve the stress/pain - not some preconceived, extend, than rotate, and then rotate the other way, and then rotate upside down, and then ad a compressive force right after adding a traction force.

ha ha.... so phucking true..... and that's what DO's who use OMM in real practice do. They don't remember every stupid maverick point you are forced to remember on these stupid tests.

I mean I don't remember a single anterior/posterior counterstrain point 5 minutes after any given test. Right now, i don't remember any point that i have had to learn for the past 1 and 1/2 years. What a joke! but i do remember the overall point: "Fold and Hold."

[As an aside: for anyone interested, I passed my exam. So excuse me for the unwarranted freak out leading to me starting this stupid thread. AMEN]
