Just wondering how many applications are complete right now and have been sent out with first batch... for interest's sake.

Mine is still waiting for my committee letter to arrive, but it was still mailed out. Once my committee letter is uploaded by my committee, it will be complete.

So, I guess you could say that my application was incomplete when it was mailed out. Anybody else with a similar situation to mine?
