I think you're probably screwed.
Yes, you would have to mark that, for MD or DO.
DO schools do not take academic integrity any less seriously than allopathic schools. I don't understand why anyone thinks otherwise.
They are more forgiving of grades (primarily if they're replaced), but that does NOT mean they'll look the other way on anything, especially something like this.
Either way, if you're going to have a chance, you're going to have to really show maturity and growth after this- and you're probably going to have to put more distance than a semester, or even a couple of years between yourself and this incident to demonstrate you're trustworthy and ethical.
