The normal range for ICP is ~7-15 mm MERCURY, right?

I'm looking through SUTM and it says normal ICP is 5-15 mm of water on page 216... which doesn't make sense if the expected lateral recumbent LP opening pressure range is 100-200 mm of water (more than an order of magnitude higher) at essentially the same fluid depth. Shouldn't the ICP and the LP opening pressure be about the same while supine?

I'm guessing it's a mistake, since mercury is ~13.534 times as dense as water, and multiplying the 5-15mm range by 13.534 gives me roughly 68-203 (comparable to 100-200).

Can anyone clarify? Thanks!

Typo, cm of H2O is the more typical unit.
