ICU pocket guides??

Hello all!
So I am a soon-to-be OB/Gyn intern who just got my rotation schedule for the next year and, much to my dread, I start in the MICU. Basically, I went into OB because I dont want to deal with people who are that sick so, that being said, I am FREAKED.
Do you guys have any suggestions of pocket guides for the ICU? Any reading I can/should do before I start? Please help! I'm so nervous!
