If I make a mistake on AMCAS, do they fix it themselves or send it back?

I'm not saying I did, but when they review my application would they fix a mistake themselves or would they send it back? If they send it back, do I have to resubmit and then wait another 2-3 weeks to get re-verified?

Depends what kind of mistake. For most mistakes, you are just SOL.
