You could also check Ebay for practice exams. I just ordered the MSAR from AAMC and it got here by Fed-Ex within a couple days.

I ordered a book from amcas and got it within about 3-4 business days. they were pretty fast. when you buy something from ebay, you buy it directly from an individual, so the shipping method must be negotiated with them personally.
