i just rented a 3-disk series from the discovery channel called "body story"-- it's totally cheezy, but i recommend it anyway. i've found that it's a good way to review basic bio concepts without actively "studying".

any other suggestions? especially for physics review?

Has anyone watched the Standard Deviants? It's a show by GWU students (on public television here), covering the basics in high school science and math. I totally love that show! I think it's meant for kids, and I'm not sure if it'll help in preparing for the mcat, but it's just really fun to watch :luck:
