I have average DAT scores and just got an interview invite to Temple! Don't lose hope b/c it's possible. I know that stats on this site are high but I'm proof of getting an interview with average scores!! Good luck

congrats, tissy. I don't want to be stats *****, but what are your stats? I have been waiting for an invite from Temple every single date. I guess I'm lucky that they haven't rejected me... I would really love any info.

Congrats on the interview. I got my letter today too....too bad it was a rejection letter. My stats are 17/18/17(TS/AA/PAT) with a 3.6 science, 3.8 cum. Its ok though, one down, 21 to go! Good luck!

Hm...seems like Temple does not stress GPA much? since the two posters who got rejected had very high GPAs.

i got an interview @ temple, my stats:

cumgpa: 3.35
scigpa: 3.33
dat: 20AA/21TS/17PAT the 20AA includes a wicked 13 on QR. i was told by brian that the 13 wasnt a big deal but the 17 was more of a concern. that would explain a 15 PAT being a rejection.

this is my only interview thus far, and may very well be my only. i gotta do really well. the group interview thing kinda makes me nervous for the fact that they interview so many and it will seem hard to stand out.

what do you guys think?

I also was rejected from Temple yesterday... 3.1 BS GPA, 3.6 MS GPA 18/18/18. I guess my stats were sort of on par with the poster of this thread except my grad GPA was high... She received an interview, I was rejected. Shows you that stats aren't everything I guess. Who knows what they are looking at...or for. 😕

I have tons of experience, EC, leadership, and unique ps (in my opi)! Maybe some people with ave stats can show interest somewhere else in their applicaiton like I have...I'm truely excited and it's my top choice!! It's a great school and I'm ready for them if they accept me...😀
