hi there!!!!! for those who have had an interview at temple...Do you know of a good place to stay that was close to the school yet not too expensive? Also, did anyone stay for the weekend and go sight seeing in New York? I just want to know about your interview experiences.THANKS!!😀

I stayed at the hilton garden inn which was pretty nice and comfortable. Roughly $170 a night. The best part about it was that i took the train from the airport to the door step of the hotel for 7$. to get to the school, its like a 3 min walk to the Broad st subway which takes 10 min to get to school. Public transportation is awesome. overall i recommend the hilton garden inn

I also stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and it worked out great. I ended up taking a taxi from the airport and a taxi to the school, but it was reasonable. I actually used the name-your-own price at priceline.com and I got a pretty good deal on a room.

The interview was nothing to worry about, it was actually quite enjoyable.

I stayed at Club Quarters.. not cheap ($98/night for a full sized bed) but really clean and nice. Its in Center City, so I was going to to take the subway but opted for a taxi instead b/c I was running late (the taxi ride was about $5). If you want something much cheaper, there are a few hostels around the area.

A guy at the interview took the Greyhound to NY after the interview. The Greyhound station isn't too far from the school.
