Illinois will not release a score. I never failed their MPJE but 3 weeks after the exam I was issued a license while never getting score results. If you failed they will let you know. Just hang tight, in my case I was just issued a license 3 weeks later with no exam result. If you fail they will notify you.
Hmmm... I took it a few years ago and received a score.
