Im planning to come to the us, with a student visa and do the ndbe part 1 and apply for the advanced placement program, but am i eligible for any kind of financial assistant??private loans or other types of loans, please help

Even i'm a foreign trained dentist and wanted to know about financial assistance.
You can get financial assistance only from your home country or from your US cosigner.
