There is a prelim program that is near one of the programs I am considering that is a in a unique location - i didn't apply to the prelim program, I wasn't thinking that I would be so interested in the advanced program and now that I am, I am really regretting the fact that I didn't apply for that. Is it way too late to try to approach the prelim program??
I'm assuming its too late to add a program?

Technically it probably is (do they have a deadline on their website?) but you've got nothing to lose by emailing the PC and pleading your case.

They'd probably rather fill all their prelims through the match than the scramble. So if they don't anticipate doing so with their current number of applications, it's to their advantage to look at yours.
