I'm actually happy about the break. It was stressful a couple of weeks ago.. HUGE rush, now nothing 🙂 I'm waiting on a few more as well.

Relax... you will feel much better when interview invites roll in and then the whole anxiousness starts over again.

+1. You think waiting for secondaries is bad. Try waiting for an interview. And then try waiting for an acceptance. Rest assured, it only gets WAY worse.

LOL!! thats true. i handed in my primary on 7/22, so it wont be 4 weeks or more til i get secondaries. Then I will need two weeks or so to complete them. :-/ I'm also searching for jobs and haven't had any luck, I worry that statistically i have more chances in getting a job then getting into med school, so I am not in good spirits.!!

All of them! 🙁 Except GW sent me secondaries, I applied to 12 MD schools but not sure if its worth even going to fill out MD secondaries at this point, my stats are way below MD avgs.

I applied pretty late (comparatively) as well. Waiting on these secondaries is tough. I would suggest pre-writing as many secondaries as you can find. It will help keep you busy and help you get the earliest possible interview you can at this point. Here's to trying to keep busy! =]

+1. I didn't get the first batch of KCUMB secondaries, but I'm going to pre-write it tonight and hopefully it'll pop in my email this week.

LOL. just worried about getting interviews/getting into schools. I'm also looking for jobs so maybe i have a bit too much time on my hands!! :-/

It's still incredibly early. There are still schools that haven't even sent out secondaries yet. You don't have to worry about not having interviews until February.

Really?? I feel like I sent out my primary so late, so that's why im worrying. I know people are already getting interviews and I haven't even filled out my secondaries yet!

These are early interviews. Nobody is going to fill a class before December, don't worry about it.
