If I understand you correctly, you have 84 credit hours from your country, but you are looking for a 6 year PharmD program that will allow you transfer your credits, and does not require the PCAT.
Such a school doesn't exist.
6 year programs accept students directly from high school, and they do not require the PCAT, but may require the SAT or ACT. If you want your 84 credits to transfer, you are probably looking to register as a transfer student. Many schools in the US that accept transfer students often require the prerequisites to be completed in either the US or Canada. If you want to enroll in a 6-year program, you will probably have to give up your credits, and apply like every other incoming freshman. If you want your credits to transfer and don't want to take the PCAT, use the search function on
www.aacp.org to find US schools that do not require the PCAT (click "for students and applicants," then "admissions," then "compare US institutions").
