Fellow doctors,
I'm plannin to take my NBDE part 1 next month.....not very confident though.... I'm preparin for the past 5 months..everything I feel is volatile and re-doin and redoin for several times. I would be thankful for any advice and tips. In top of this, NYU have bring the dates forward. Is that gonna be okay if I take it next month and can I still make it up to NYU or schools like Florida and colorado? I can't concentrate on studies bcoz of the deadlines. Thank you very much for your future help!

hey...dont worry about the deadlines right now...just concentrate on the exam and do ur best...........u will dfeinitely get a good score.....worrying about other things is just gonna add to ur tension.....revision is the key...the more u do, the more confident u wil be.....and u can make it in time for these schools as the results are out in 10 days....so stop worryinga dn good luck..

chill!!!!! You seem to be on the top of your material.... just keep revising what you have learnt. Application deadlines are the last thing you should be thinking of right now....Don't forget, there is nothing to beat a good Part 1 score. Though early applications will earn you some brownie points, you won't have to worry much about the process which follows if you have a good score.

Agree with the above posters... REVISION is the key ... and, remember you will forget 😀 before the exam! Just do all the papers... as many you can get your hands on. As Luvmylife says, early applications are good only if you are on the edge. Looks like you have been revising quite a bit now, so you should be able to very well... because the magic word is *REVISION*!

hey everyone,
i am gonna retake my part 1...can anyone tell me how much time is sufficient to read and get a score over 90...i know its different for everyone but just a wild guess....is 2 months enough ???😕
and any advice would be appreciated on how and what xtra to read besides kaplan review/decks/papers.
